الأستاذ الدكتور مصطفى كامل عبد الرحمن هو أحد أبرز القامات الأكاديمية في مجال الرياضيات الهندسية، تدرج في المناصب الأكاديمية والإدارية حتى أصبح عميد المعهد، كما شغل منصب وكيل المعهد لشئون التعليم والطلاب ورئيس قسم العلوم الأساسية. يتمتع بخبرات متنوعة تجمع بين التكوين الأكاديمي العريق (الكلية الفنية العسكرية) والإسهامات البحثية المتميزة.

Prof. Dr. Mostafa Kamel Abdel Rahman is one of the most prominent academic figures in the field of Engineering Mathematics. He progressed through academic and administrative positions until becoming Dean of the Institute. He also served as Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs and Head of the Basic Sciences Department. He has diverse experience combining distinguished academic formation (Military Technical College) and outstanding research contributions.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم،

أسعد بلقائكم في منصة المعهد العالي للهندسة والتكنولوجيا بكفر الشيخ، حيث نعمل جميعاً بروح الفريق لتحقيق التميز الأكاديمي والبحثي. مسيرتي المهنية التي بدأت من الكلية الفنية العسكرية مروراً بالدراسات العليا في الرياضيات الهندسية، جعلتني أؤمن بأن الدقة والمنهجية هما أساس أي تطور حقيقي.

نحن في المعهد نتبنى سياسات الجودة والاعتماد، ونحرص على تخريج مهندسين قادرين على المنافسة محلياً ودولياً. أدعو الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس إلى المشاركة الفاعلة في تطوير العملية التعليمية، وأن نجعل من هذا الصرح منارة للعلم والابتكار.
