About the Quality Assurance & Accreditation Unit

تأسست وحدة ضمان الجودة والاعتماد بالمعهد العالي للهندسة والتكنولوجيا بكفر الشيخ بهدف ترسيخ ثقافة الجودة الشاملة في كافة العمليات الأكاديمية والإدارية. تعمل الوحدة على تطبيق معايير الاعتماد المحلية والدولية، ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء، وتقديم الدعم الفني للبرامج الدراسية لضمان التحسين المستدام وتأهيل المعهد للحصول على الاعتماد المؤسسي والبرامجي.

The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit at the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Kafr El Sheikh was established to consolidate a culture of total quality in all academic and administrative processes. The Unit works on applying local and international accreditation standards, monitoring performance indicators, and providing technical support to academic programs to ensure sustainable improvement and qualify the Institute for institutional and programmatic accreditation.

Leadership and excellence in quality assurance and academic accreditation systems, locally and regionally, through a stimulating academic environment that keeps pace with global quality standards and contributes to preparing graduates capable of competing locally and internationally.

Mission

نعمل على نشر ثقافة الجودة والتحسين المستمر، ودعم عمليات التقويم الذاتي والمراجعة الداخلية، وتطوير السياسات والإجراءات وفق معايير الاعتماد، بما يحقق متطلبات سوق العمل ويعزز ثقة المجتمع في مخرجات المعهد.

We work on spreading the culture of quality and continuous improvement, supporting self-assessment and internal review processes, and developing policies and procedures in accordance with accreditation standards, in order to meet labor market requirements and enhance community confidence in the Institute's outputs.

Applying quality assurance standards in academic and administrative programs.
إعداد المعهد للحصول على الاعتماد المؤسسي من الهيئات الوطنية والدولية.
Preparing the Institute for institutional accreditation from national and international bodies.
دعم الكليات والبرامج لإعداد ملفات الاعتماد والتقويم الذاتي.
Supporting colleges and programs in preparing accreditation and self-assessment files.
قياس مؤشرات الأداء وتحليل نتائج الطلاب ومخرجات التعلم.
Measuring performance indicators and analyzing student results and learning outcomes.
تنظيم ورش عمل وبرامج تدريبية لبناء قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
Organizing workshops and training programs to build the capacities of faculty members.
نشر ثقافة الجودة والشفافية والمساءلة بين جميع منتسبي المعهد.
Spreading the culture of quality, transparency, and accountability among all Institute members.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والحمد لله رب العالمين. يشرفني أن أرحب بكم في صفحة وحدة ضمان الجودة والاعتماد بالمعهد العالي للهندسة والتكنولوجيا بكفر الشيخ. إن مسيرة الجودة تبدأ من الإيمان بأن التميز ثقافة مستدامة، وبناءً على ذلك نسعى في الوحدة إلى دعم جميع البرامج الأكاديمية والإدارية لتطبيق أفضل معايير الجودة والاعتماد. نعمل معاً لتحقيق رؤية المعهد في الريادة والابتكار، وضمان مخرجات تعليمية تتنافس محلياً وعالمياً. أدعو جميع الزملاء والزميلات للمشاركة بفاعلية في مبادرات الجودة، وأن يكون التقييم الذاتي أسلوب حياة. معاً نجعل المعهد نموذجاً يحتذى به في الاعتماد المؤسسي.

It is my honor to welcome you to the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit page at the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in Kafr El Sheikh. The journey of quality begins with the belief that excellence is a sustainable culture. Accordingly, we in the Unit seek to support all academic and administrative programs to apply the best quality and accreditation standards. We work together to achieve the Institute's vision of leadership and innovation, and to ensure educational outcomes that compete locally and globally. I invite all colleagues to actively participate in quality initiatives and to make self-assessment a way of life. Together, we make the Institute a model to be emulated in institutional accreditation.

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله. يسعدني أن أكون جزءاً من منظومة ضمان الجودة بالمعهد، حيث نعمل على نشر ثقافة الجودة والتميز بين جميع منتسبي المعهد. إن الاعتماد الأكاديمي ليس غاية في حد ذاته، بل هو وسيلة لتطوير الأداء المؤسسي والارتقاء بمخرجات التعلم. نحرص في لجنة التدريب والتوعية والإعلام على تنظيم الورش والبرامج التدريبية التي ترفع كفاءة أعضاء هيئة التدريس والجهاز الإداري، ونعمل على إبراز إنجازات الوحدة وإيصال رسالتها للجميع. نسأل الله التوفيق والسداد.
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. I am pleased to be part of the quality assurance system at the Institute, where we work to spread the culture of quality and excellence among all Institute members. Academic accreditation is not an end in itself, but a means to develop institutional performance and elevate learning outcomes. In the Training, Awareness and Media Committee, we are keen to organize workshops and training programs that raise the efficiency of faculty members and administrative staff, and we work to highlight the Unit's achievements and convey its message to everyone. We ask Allah for success and guidance.
